The Jackson Planning Board has received an application for boundary line adjustment on Black Mountain Road, parcels Map# R17, Lots 28A and 28B. The application, submitted by Wesley Smith, involves a boundary-line adjustment to property owned by Black Mountain Community Corp. C/O Archipelago and WIF Holdings LLC.
Copies of the boundary line adjustments have been posted at the Jackson Town Office and can be viewed during normal business hours. If you have any questions or concerns, please plan on attending the Planning Board hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Jackson Town Office, 54 Main Street, Jackson. Public Hearing will begin at 7:10 pm.
