Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held Wednesday, September 30th at 7:30 pm at the Jackson Town Offices, 54 Main Street, Jackson, NH
concerning a request by Black Mountain Community Corporation DBA: Black Mountain Ski Area, the “Applicant”, with a mailing address of c/o Archipelago, One Dana Street, Portland, ME 04101.
This is an Appeal of an Administrative Decision relating to the interpretation and enforcement of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance [Site Disturbance Sections 4.1.6.1, 4.1.6.2, & 4.1.6.3 concerning, respectively, site disturbance activities occurring before a Notice of Intent was submitted, site disturbance activities occurring last fall not stabilized before Nov. 15, and a written plan not prepared prior to starting the site disturbance ] by the Board of Selectman (the “Board”) in an enforcement letter dated 8/12/2026 and authorized at a Board meeting on Tuesday 8/11/2026. This concerned activities occurring at TAX MAP R17 LOTS 28A and 31B and informally known as Great Brook and Wildcat River.
