Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held Wednesday, June 10th at 7:30 pm at the Jackson Town Offices, 54 Main Street, Jackson, NH concerning an application by Pete StuBen LLC dba Wildcat Inn & Tavern, the “Applicant”, with an address of PO Box 1525, North Conway, NH 03818 for a Variance concerning an intrusion into the proscribed setback from the property line by a addition to the structure on property located at 94 Main Street, Jackson NH (Tax Map V9 Lot 13).
